We urgently needed to get our mother home from hospital before she passed when nothing more could be done, except we had no power after the storm. No aircon in 37deg heat, no power for the oxygen we'd also hired and no water. Every single person we spoke with at Genelite was so very helpful, and the speed with which they organised, delivered and hooked up the massive generator they decided we needed, was truly above and beyond expectations. They beat the ambulance with Mum in it and had the room cool and ready for her when she arrived. Her last 24 hrs was spent in (relative) comfort, surrounded by family, thanks to you all at Genelite. Excellent service by the nicest people. We phoned about a problem we had with an Onan generator, Jim took the time out to talk through possibilities and we ended up taking the motorhome down to them. We ended up with them installing a new generator, they kept us updated the whole time, took great care of our motor home while they had it and walked my husband through the operating procedure before we left. Fantastic price and fantastic service. Thanks Jim, Paul and all of you.
